Return/Refund Policy

College Board will accept returns for most items in new, unused, and resalable condition within 30 days of the order date with a copy of the packing slip. We cannot accept returns of CDs or videos that have been opened. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Online subscription products such as, but not limited to, The Official SAT Online Course™ are not refundable.

Electronic document returns can only be processed within 7 days of the purchase date by sending an email to Customer Service at [email protected]. The customer will be required to submit a Letter of Destruction to process the return/refund of an electronic document. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days of receipt of returned items. Electronic document refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receipt of the Letter of Destruction.
