If you've requested but haven't received a temporary password, make sure you're checking the right email. Most passwords will arrive within a few minutes, but some may take longer.
If you received a temporary password and it isn't working, here are some things to keep in mind:
- Make sure you're using the password most recently emailed to you. Each temporary password replaces the one before it.
- Each temporary password will work only once. When you sign in, you'll be prompted to change your password. If you don't, you'll need to request a new one.
- If the sign-in link in the email isn't working, you can sign in on the student homepage.
