How do I delete my account?

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights such as the right to request erasure or deletion of your personally identifiable information. Please see College Board’s Privacy Statement for further details on where these rights may be available.  To exercise these rights, please complete the Your Privacy Choices webform, contact us via email at [email protected], or write to us at the U.S. address below and our Customer Service team will assist you.  If College Board deletes your data, you will no longer be able to access your account or any associated scores, send your scores, or view any other activity you may have taken with College Board. Once your account data and associated scores are deleted, they cannot be reinstated. All deletions are final and permanent. 

To simply close an account, please contact our Customer Service team at 866-315-6068.  Please know that if you close your account, you won’t be able to see or send any of your test scores, and you won’t be able to access your college lists or any other information you’ve saved. You’ll also be unsubscribed from our marketing communications and Student Search Service. Remember, a College Board account also gives you access to all these resources:
